Morocco and Oman sign memorandum to boost legal professional training

On Monday in Rabat, Morocco and the Sultanate of Oman formalized a groundbreaking memorandum of understanding focused on advancing the expertise of legal professionals in both nations.
The agreement, signed by the justice ministers, outlines a framework for mutual growth through shared action plans, scientific content exchanges, and targeted training programs. It includes provisions for annual action plans to ensure the implementation of commitments made.
Key components of the memorandum include the organization of specialized training sessions, conferences, symposia, and workshops. These initiatives aim to foster institutional cooperation while modernizing judicial systems and enhancing professional legal capacities.
During the meeting, both ministers discussed shared priorities in judicial and legal domains, reviewing potential avenues for institutional development. Morocco’s Justice Minister emphasized that this accord reflects the deep fraternal ties between the two countries and their joint commitment to strengthening judicial and legal cooperation through capacity building and expertise sharing.
