Ndiaga Seck’s explosive testimony: what the investigators recorded about Ousmane Sonko

Handed over to investigators on Monday at the Linguère urban police station, Matar Ndiaga Seck now faces criminal charges after appearing before the investigating judge at the Louga High Court. The case revolves around allegations of unnatural acts, with the 51-year-old politician’s testimony becoming a pivotal element in the ongoing judicial proceedings.

During his interrogation, Ndiaga Seck reportedly made striking admissions that directly implicate Ousmane Sonko. According to accounts from the investigation, he allegedly stated that Sonko had no knowledge of his private life or presumed sexual orientation.

« Xamul woon li may dund » (« He knew nothing about my private life »), Seck is quoted as saying in Wolof, according to details emerging from the inquiry.

The judicial investigation, led by the presiding magistrate, continues to unfold after multiple arrests were made in Linguère and the Djolof region. Authorities are meticulously examining the roles and responsibilities of all individuals named in this sensitive case.

As of now, Ousmane Sonko has not issued any public response regarding the statements attributed to Ndiaga Seck.

In adherence to legal principles, all individuals involved in this case maintain their presumption of innocence until proven guilty by competent courts.
