Speaking at the forum ‘Migration Governance and Circular Migration between Morocco and Spain: The Keys to a Beneficial Cooperation,’ Sekkouri emphasized that this humanitarian migration policy has been implemented following the High Directions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. He added that this Royal Vision places human capital at the heart of public policies and views mobility as a driver of economic growth, skill transfer, and rapprochement between peoples.
