Dr. Ahoua Don Mello has announced the launch of a new political party in Ivory Coast, aiming to promote a sovereign and alternative vision for the country’s development.
The move comes after a meeting between supporters and members of his campaign team, where they unanimously agreed to create a new political formation.
According to a statement released on social media, Dr. Don Mello will lead the process of establishing the party, with the aim of building ‘a more just, prosperous, united and sovereign Côte d’Ivoire.’
The party’s values include democracy, social justice, good governance, solidarity, merit, and defense of national sovereignty.
Dr. Don Mello has called on patriotic forces, progressives, democrats, and sovereignists to join the initiative, with the goal of creating a ‘more just, prosperous, united and sovereign Côte d’Ivoire.’
The party’s founding act, known as the ‘Congrès des pionniers’, is expected to take place at a later date.
