In the midst of the FIFA World Cup, the city of Atlanta and the Kingdom of Morocco have taken steps to bolster their bilateral ties. A new memorandum of understanding was signed, aimed at deepening economic and industrial collaboration.
The pact, inked by the Atlanta Economic Development Agency and the Moroccan Investment and Export Development Agency (AMDIE), covers key areas including investment, trade, logistics, and the exchange of expertise.
Representatives from both sides emphasized the role of the World Cup as a driving force behind fresh partnerships, describing Atlanta and Morocco as strategic gateways to their respective regions.
