Ligue 1 2026-2027 : le programme de la 1ère journée pour le PSG et le Paris FC et la date de leurs matchs contre l’OM
The LFP has unveiled the upcoming Ligue 1 season’s calendar this Wednesday. For the opening matchday, PSG will play at home at the Parc des Princes, while Paris FC will be on the road. Key clashes against Marseille have also been scheduled.
Paris Saint-Germain supporters can now mark their calendars. As the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) progressively releases the full Ligue 1 schedule for the 2026-2027 campaign this Wednesday, the capital club’s faithful are eager to discover the key dates of the season ahead.
The reigning champions are set to kick off their season against Rennes at their home ground, the Parc des Princes, during the weekend of August 21-23. This promises a demanding start, foreshadowing a particularly challenging opening phase for Luis Enrique’s squad, who will then travel to Lille for their second match before hosting Monaco in their third fixture.
OM-PSG clash on matchday 5
This intense start will quickly immerse PSG into the competitive rhythm, leaving no room for complacency before the first international break in mid-September. Indeed, before joining their respective national teams, Ousmane Dembélé and his teammates will face Olympique de Marseille at the Vélodrome for the season’s inaugural Clasico, scheduled for Sunday, September 20. The return leg, to be played at the Parc des Princes, is slated for Sunday, February 7, 2027.
Meanwhile, the other Parisian club, Paris FC, appears to have a more favorable start to their season. Antoine Kombouaré’s side will travel to Troyes, a newly promoted team in Ligue 1, for their opening matchday. They will then host OGC Nice at Stade Jean-Bouin before encountering a series of tougher challenges: an away trip to Marseille, followed by two high-stakes home games against Olympique Lyonnais and Strasbourg.
