Chad and Algeria mark new chapter with N’Djamena power plant groundbreaking

N’Djamena – Chad’s Prime Minister and head of government, Allamaye Halina, stated on Monday that the foundation stone laying ceremony for a new power plant in the capital city represents a landmark project underscoring the positive momentum in bilateral relations between Algeria and Chad.
