Professor Jean Gatsi says Douala airport assault was payback for his loyalty to Paul Biya

After being cowardly attacked at Douala International Airport by an activist acting on orders, I am breaking my silence with this blistering indictment. Behind the violence and digital defamation lies an attempt at intellectual assassination aimed at making me pay for my unconditional support for President Paul Biya. Against the supporters of chaos, I reaffirm as a convinced intellectual that my determination remains as strong as granite.

Here is an analysis of a failed plot and a celebration of a loyalty rooted in the divine anointing of the Head of State.

Introduction: The Douala assault or the convulsions of partisan betrayal

Cowardice now has a face, and it displays itself in our airport terminals. A few days ago, I was the target of a barbaric attack at Douala International Airport by an individual clearly manipulated. Not satisfied with assaulting my integrity, this agent of subversion spread videos of his crime on social networks, accompanied by extremely violent defamatory insults. While I await my country’s justice—which I have formally petitioned—to crush this impostor now being sought by security forces, a nagging question emerges: who benefits from this crime? The answer is obvious: they want to make me pay for my unwavering support for the Head of State and for my systematic denunciation of the seditious entrepreneurs Kamto Maurice and Issa Tchiroma Bakary.

To decode this psychological destabilization maneuver, I will first analyze the clear connection between my doctrinal work and this cowardly attempt to silence me, then show why the intellectual terrorism of the putschists collapses in the face of my oath of divine obedience to President Paul Biya.

I. The timeline of hatred: A plot against the sanctuary of peace

There is no coincidence in politics, especially not in insurrection laboratories. On May 20, I published a monumental 600-page book, a true viatical of sovereignty, titled: “Paul Biya, the Sanctuary of Peace Facing the Challenges of Contemporary History: The Art of Quiet Strength as a Shield for a Sovereign Nation.” It is precisely as I begin to promote and roll out this scientific exegesis that this orchestrated assault occurs, aimed at tarnishing my honor and sabotaging my reputation. The professionals of disorder understand that this book is a heavy ideological munition that shatters their revisionist fables.

They want to silence the combative intellectual who, in Cameroon, was the first to launch the republican call of academics and civil society for the Head of State’s candidacy in the October 2025 presidential election, well before the formal structures of my party, the RDPC. I supported this candidacy with unshakable faith when he accepted this sacrifice for the nation, I fought with all my energy against the illegal candidacy of Kamto Maurice, and I crushed the insurrectional lies of Issa Tchiroma Bakary. This battle for truth triumphed: the President was chosen by the sovereign people, and I had the distinguished honor of attending his inauguration. It is this brilliant victory that the losers of history are now trying to make me pay for.

This airport cabal confirms the diagnosis I have posited for years: the offices of chaos are at bay in the face of the monolithism of republican thought. By targeting me, the putschist factions seek to create a climate of terror to paralyze the organic intelligentsia of the Renewal. They forget that science and patriotic commitment do not retreat before the assaults of intellectual brigands, and that each persecution only deepens my stature as an inexpugnable sentinel of the regime.

II. The determination of the monolith: Obedience to God against insurrectional terrorism

Let the supporters of chaos and the ambushed putschists be warned: they do not impress me. Their barbaric gesticulations only highlight their utter absurdity and political rout. My determination to support President Paul Biya remains intact, protected by an armor of light. No intimidation, no threat of death, no campaign of cyber-harassment will make me retreat a single millimeter. With President Paul Biya, I walk the only path of truth, a luminous path shared by the vast majority of Cameroonians.

Supporting Paul Biya is not just a political choice; it is respecting the will of God, the supreme being who placed him and kept him at the head of Cameroon to make it a haven of providence. I have chosen to obey the divine anointing, and I do so openly, with pride, a smile, and a steel resolve. With Paul Biya, we have peace, justice, progress, living together, and a united and indivisible Cameroon. So he is, and he alone, our unalterable compass. The intellectual terrorism of the fifth column crashes against the rock of my republican faith.

The invectives of these apprentice sorcerers will systematically collapse in the face of the ballot box verdict and the unbending power of the state apparatus. By opposing the smile of doctrinal certainty to the slime of media toads, I reaffirm that legitimacy is not negotiated in the gutters of cyberspace or through physical ambushes. I am among the honest people, those convinced citizens who form a steel bloc behind our natural leader, President Paul Biya, and no satanic force can crack this pact sealed for the survival of the National Triangle.

Conclusion: The intellectual offensive continues

In the end, I order the merchants of hatred to stop their sterile intimidation, as they strengthen my commitment. Very soon, despite the prophets of chaos, I will organize book dedication ceremonies across the national territory for my book on the Head of State, without fear and under the protection of republican institutions. I will tirelessly continue to mobilize Cameroonian youth behind the only leader who understands their deep aspirations and provides concrete solutions. Behind President Paul Biya, let us remain standing, for no satanic force can extinguish the clarity of the Renewal.

Our loyalty to Paul Biya is an unattainable divine decree. Through him, with him, and in him.

Long live President Paul Biya, our eternal compass!
Long live a united and indivisible Cameroon!
